Health and Recovery Plan (HARP)
Villa of Hope offers Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) which provide opportunities for Medicaid beneficiaries with behavioral health conditions to receive services in their own home or in community settings.
Health and Recovery Plans (HARPs) manage the enhanced benefit package of HCBS. HARPs will use HCBS to provide person-centered recovery services to eligible people with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
Services are geared for adults ages 18-28 years old. Services offered include Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), Habilitation, Family Support & Training, Education Support, Pre-Vocational Services, Ongoing Supported Employment and Empowerment Services/Peer Supports
